Gratitude is a great way to get your day started.


I give thanks to all the small and large things in my life. When I go to bed at night and wake up in the morning.  This can be as small as being thankful for my green grass and flowers or as big as being thankful for my husband, kids, pets and house.  Just focus on being grateful for a few minutes and see how you feel afterwards.  If you feel good keep it up!
