Do you struggle to keep your thoughts positive?

I know having positive thoughts 24-7 is impossible, but sometimes it’s to negative and it wrecks your day.  You can’t let it go to far or you’ll be miserable and why would you not want to feel good.  I don’t know why we are so hard on ourselves when all it is to feel better is to have better feeling thoughts and to kick out our negative ones.  Especially when we wouldn’t talk to others the way we self talk to ourselves.  I always say Love is the answer to everything, so love yourself more and care how you feel.  When I’m having a bad day of negative thoughts I listen to  Esther (Abraham) Hicks on you tube or products that I purchased  from or   Abraham always snaps me out of my funk and gives me solid guidance.  She is my feel good meditation!
