These are my top 5 things I do consistently to be happy.
1.) Being grateful is at the top of my list. I wake up every morning knowing it’s a new day and being grateful for all I have.
2.) I always have a bottle of water and a cup of coffee when I wake up.
3.) I visualize how I want my day to go in detail and this relieves any anxiety I might have.
4.) I listen to music with my kids in the morning and it uplifts them on a positive note, because we know… getting to school and work can be real daunting at times.
5.) Taken care of my pets in the morning makes me happy. They have so much love to give.
