You need to be very mindful of your thoughts. If you have one negative thought you need at least 10 positive thoughts to change the tides. It’s not worth it! If you want to feel good all the time then you need to think positive thoughts of yourself and others all the time. Try to focus on the goodness in everyone and not the negative. This gets easier over time. Everyone has good and bad thoughts, but you can choose to feed the good thoughts and those that get fed win!
