Does Your Anxiety Restrict Your Breathing?

I woke up several times with shortness of breath.  Like I couldn’t take a deep breath and didn’t know why.  This has happened several times this year and I can’t figure out if it’s my stress I’m feeling or my husbands, because as soon as I leave the house I can take a deep breath again.

I have been told I have Empathic gifts and I know for sure I feel the energy of others and sometimes their thoughts. 

The only way I get out of this is by taking a shower and listening to my meditation music as I get ready in the morning.  As time goes by I can take a deep breath again.  It takes a lot of focus at first.

If you or someone you love has had Anxiety you probably know all about that awful feelings and nervousness that can keep you up at night and make social situations miserable. You may even find yourself being anxious at times for no reason whatsoever.

No matter how mild or severe your anxiety is, you want to be rid of it right away, but in order to get back to your normal happy self you must address the root cause of Anxiety with meditation and awareness of your breath.
