What Emotions Are You Feeling?

The emotion you feel is always about the vibrational variance between where you want to be and where you are. If you’re out of balance, there are only two ways to bring yourself into alignment: Either raise your expectation to match your desire—or lower your desire to match your expectation.

Do you know your Purpose?

Do you know your purpose in life?  I always knew, but it was to easy to believe, that is the key.  If it’s easy and enjoyable than that is your purpose.  Just ask your self what do you think about or do all the time that you can not live without.   What feels good to your soul and core? Question everything about yourself.  Write down your feelings and emotions in a journal to see patterns to help you figure it out.

If you take society, career, family, and all other influences out of the equation, what are you left with?  I’m left with my family and hobbies that I love.  I support my family, give my time, help where I can, and teach everyday.  That is my purpose and it makes me fulfilled.  What is yours?

You need to be authentic to feel happy,  fulfilled and to nourish you’re soul .  Find what you are good at and what comes easy to you, that is your purpose.  Even if it is just to support your family and friends or be something greater than your wildest dreams.

Look for positive aspects in your life

Be mindful to keep your thoughts positive and grateful every minute of the day.  Your thoughts are energy and LOA will attract good or bad thoughts to you, so respect your well being enough and stop the bad thoughts asap!  Practice Practice Practice is the only way you can re-program your thoughts.  Don’t give up you can do this!


What is your wellness mindset?


Wellness that is being allowed—or the wellness that is being denied—is all about the mindset, the mood, the attitude, the practiced thoughts. There is not one exception. They will just find another way of reverting back to the natural rhythm of the mind. Treating the body is about treating the mind.  Healthy mind healthy body is how it works.  Law of Attraction says so!
