Wake up and tell yourself it’s going to be a great day! Say it over and over again until you believe it!

Ask your self how is it going to be a great day.  Just say the little things that will get you in a good feeling place.  Like it is going to be a great day because I am alive, healthy, abundant, have a beautiful family, heated house with food, loving spouse and children, etc. etc. etc.  Have fun with this!


Positive Thoughts vs. Negative Thoughts

You need to be very mindful of your thoughts.  If you have one negative thought you need at least 10 positive thoughts to change the tides.  It’s not worth it!  If you want to feel good all the time then you need to think positive thoughts of yourself and others all the time.  Try to focus on the goodness in everyone and not the negative.  This gets easier over time. Everyone has good and bad thoughts, but you can choose to feed the good thoughts and those that get fed win!negpos.PNG

Do you think your worthy of a great life?

Worthiness comes from your core self.  Pay attention to how you feel and to your emotions. They are your guidance to self love and worthiness.  Don’t think of lack only think of what is positive in your life right now and imagine how you would want your life to be and look like.  If you have to write it down in a journal or have a vision board of all the things you want out of life.  This is self love and your worth it!
